Peanut Butter Lover’s Fudge
- 10 oz package peanut butter morsels
- 1 cup butterscotch morsels
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped Nutterbutter Cookies
- 18 Reese's miniature peanut butter cups, cut into fourths
1. Prepare your pan by lining an 8 or 9 inch square baking dish with foil. Set aside.
2. In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter morsels, butterscotch and condensed milk over medium heat until all the morsels are melted.
Stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat.
3. Fold in chopped cookies and chopped peanut butter cups. Pour into prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate about 3 hours until firm. Cut into bites and enjoy!
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
